HOW TO MAKE JACK FRUIT CHIPS?
We need raw jack fruit for it.
Separate the fleshy part of the jack fruit from the seeds.
Slice them into long strips.
Deep fry in oil till it turns yellow and crisp.
Take it out and allow to dry.
Sprinkle table salt on it.
Cool and store in a tight tin.
Use it for times.
