GRIND COCONUT AND CORIANDER

GRIND ONIONS, TURMERIC, RED CHILLIES AND PEPPERCORNS

IN A PAN, PUT IN FAT, GROUND INGREDIENTS AND CHICKEN

COVER WITH TIGHT LID AND COOK ON A SLOW FIRE FOR ABOUT 20 MINUTES.

ADD CHOPPED TOMATOES

SPRINKLE A LIT HOT WATER AND STIR WELL FOR ABOUT 10 MINUTES

ADD MORE HOT WATER AND SALT AND COOK ON A SLOW FIRE TILL CHICKEN IS TENDER.
