VANILLA ICE-CREAM
Ingredients
Egg (whole) – 1
Egg Yolks – 5
Milk – 600 ml
Castor Sugar – 4 tbsp
Vanilla Essence – A few drops
Thick Cream – 300 ml
Method
1.
Make the eggs and milk into a custard, add sugar
and vanilla
2.
Beat is the cream stiffly
3.
When cold, partly freeze the custard and then
mix in cread and continue to freeze until the right consistency is reached
