Oil – 2 kg
Vinegar – ¾

Brine – 1 ¼

Table Salt
– 1 cup ( check taste)
How to
Prepare Mango Pickle?
Cut the
whole mango into big bits.
Clean it by removing the seed, wash and drain.

the powdered salt and keep in jar for two days. Drain the water out and dry in
the sun for a day.
Heat oil in a pan, remove from fire and add masala powder.
