HOW TO MAKE MANGO PICKLE ( SOUTH INDIAN STYLE)?

Mango – cut in 1” length – 2 Kg


Chilli Powder – 6 teaspoon 


Turmeric Powder – 1 ½ teaspoon


Hing Powder (Kayam) – 2 teaspoon


Ginger – 3” piece – cut in bits


Garlic – 20 cloves 


Onion – 2 nos


Oil (gingelli) – 1 full cup


Mustard – 2 teaspoon


Table Salt – to taste


How to prepare Mango Pickle?


Mix the mango pieces with salt and keep for a day. Drain and keep in dish. Heat the oil, fry the mustard, then fry the green masala cut. Remove from fire.



Add the rest of the ingredients, mix and bottle it.
