VEGETABLE CUTLETS
INGREDIENTS
Potatoes – 450 gm
Carrots – 115 gm
Peas – 115 gm
Onions – 75 gm
Lime – 1
Ginger – 5 gm
Green Chilly – 5 gm
Refined Flour – 5 gm
Salt – To taste
Egg – 1
Breadcrumbs – 55 gm
Fat – 30 gm
Method
1.
Boil potatoes and mash
2.
Boil vegetables and chop fine
3.
Chop green chilly, ginger and onion fine
4.
Mix spices, vegetables and potatoes together
5.
Add lime juice and salt
6.
Shape into cutlets. Dip in flour, then egg and
breadcrumbs and deep fry
