Fresh Coconut Burfi in 15 minutes


To make Coconut Burfi I took

A full coconut 
100 grams of sugar
One tablespoon of ghee

Dissolve the brown color on the outside of the coconut, cut into pieces and lightly grind in a mixer. 
Heat a little ghee in a pan
Put the ground coconut into the hot ghee and mix well
Add the sugar and stir until it is slightly moist.
When the moisture of the coconut is well-drained, transfer to another bowl
You can use it to cut into pieces when cold
